Hi,
We are moving to Canada soon. I would like to know the demand for Yoga teachers there. What can one expect to earn by doing a job in a Yoga institute? Is it necessary to undergo some Canadian course or a Indian training course will be okay?
Also, for proof of funds, if my friend who stays in Canada sends me a draft & then I carry back the same draft, is it accepted?

I think the proof of funds should be your own, and not someone else's money.
Normally, when you show proof of funds in your application, you are required to show savings, checking and similar types of funds.
If you are "borrowing" the funds from your friend, then I can assure you that it will not be accepted.
I am not sure about a gift cheque - you may have trouble.
I don't know anyone who has tried this.
