Hi I am coming to Toronto in September. I would like to know what is the minimum amount of money which is required to show the immigration officers while landing. Can anyone help initially when arriving to toronto.

Information missing in your post:
1. Number of family members who might be coming with you or going to come
2. Type of visa that you hold

You usually get a letter from embassy that clearly states how much money to bring.

If you are on skilled worker visa, then you can refer to this table from cic.gc.ca

As a new Immigrant to Canada you can bring any amount of money in the countrry w/o any questions ..In fact rather u shud bring all your money b'cos what ever u bring with you in the first time it is tax free .
