It was unconstitutional and so the speaker, obviously from the AAP didn't allow it in the house. The fact is the "Bill" was never floored on the Assembly.

Kejri's great game plan to exit with winning sympathy is working.

Now openly screw India.

He doesn't have any vision, any capability and any honesty to run India. He is a clear creation of CIA to ruin India.

BJP and Congies played trick on AAP, by asking them to first take permission from Center to table the lokpal bill, finally voted against it refusing to even discuss it . Not written any where that center's permission is required to table any bill of state matter in state assembly. LG can allow that. Center would never have given the permission in any case to give mileage to AAP party just before the elections.
Its a game of up-manship in Indian politics. There are more crooks in our beloved country than honest people.

Exit plan, only if he intended to exit the Politics and sit back at home. Before you know it, he would be back in Delhi coming second phase of Assembly elections.

Keep watching! Congress and BJP still don't have any chance to be back in Delhi. Not after this fiasco.
