Went to BLS(bramtpon) last sat for oci work, huge line up outside the building in frigid temp. Security guy tells me that there are 200 people already inside, returned back and made an appointment through the website for friday 8:20.
Come friday, I see people heading back around 8:15, I think it is good they are serving fast!...until I head upstairs and hear shouting match...
Printout on door - "Our offices are closed due to technical difficulties"

Customer - "How do we get updates?"
BLS - "Check website"

Customer - "How long is the outage"
BLS - "No idea servers are in India"

Customer - "What are you guys doing inside"
BLS - "It is none of your business!!"

Customer - "Why didn't you tell me, I am here since 7am"
BLS - No answer...

Well now I have booked paying 70bucks courier charges, need to see when that person turns up to pick the applications!
