He actually did put in the yellow sheet whatever best he could including all 'mistakes' (I question his judgement). His frustation was that he still couldn't fail me and he was grumbling about that. My complaint to MTO though is only about the 3 questions that I had raised in my post. I am still scratching my head on those.

I donot think that he was entitled to make any comments on your driving while you are driving (unless to give instructions or to take action if you face an immenent action). That was the rule when I was there.
Now this smart guy, clearly went against the rules, thinking that you came here straight from India and hence thought that you will never complain.

Now that is the problem that we ourselves get into.
We think that we should always keep quiet against injustice and we land in deeper troubles..
When I canada, till 2009, I was also the same. Never fought against any injustice. In 2009, when I fought against discrimination by my employer, he asked me to quit. I refused and I was fired.. Luckily I got my EI and I made sure that the employer got a bad mark with the HRDSC. Many told me not to fight my employer but I did making sure that he will never treat any visible minority badly.

Recently, in my office, I was putting across my point of view on a topic, and a lady colleague who was speaking 'against' the topic, after some discussions got up and said - "Do not talk me down, I do not appreciate it ". I believe it was healthy discussion, where we were putting across point of view but She somehow construed my 'talking' as 'shouting' her down. I respect her a lot and still do but I was confused why she felt as if I was disrespectful ? What did I do wrong, nothing ! what did she do wrong, nothing. Its all about level of sensitivity.
In the evening, we had dinner together.
Now what exactly is the context of this episode with the topic of this thread ? At times negating one's view point or action is termed as 'shouting'. I have observed such sensitivity in many people and among the youngsters it is increasing.
Sorry if it still reads off -topic, to clarify my viewpoint further, the instructor did pass OP because he could not find threshold amount of mistakes, was not biased but was vocal about his observations by his nature. respect that. What did he do wrong, nothing.
