I can see how mad we all are. Madder than a hornet on heat. Right? I for one will lose all the perspective and curse my ass off and rip all my hair off my scalp. I also know that it will not provide me with a solution and I have no answer to a problem that raises its ugly head all over the globe. Why so? Is it only a few, living there in different countries or a group located in one place or are they everywhere and we don't know in which location they will appear at and do what, next.??
Hinduism is a complex entity and so is Islam or Christianity or Buddhism. If you view History strictly through a coloured glass or consider it to be a clash of civilizations, then you are bound to see a distorted version of it, especially for the HINDUS, as RSS and other ultra right wing organizations portray it to be, where Hinduism is shown to be at the receiving end of a deal from foreign invaders. They use this as a prop to invoke a sense of victimization to prod and provoke the other followers to see it as a weakness, then rise as a group and then turn the tide.
Is God one? Are all the Gods that we call and claim either it be in Hinduism, Christianity or the Moslem Nations and Buddhism(there is No god) all will agree?. NO! They all think theirs is the ONLY ONE and No other is superior. When 35 % of Christian Population, 25% of Moslems and 15% of the Hindus and the balance that does not acknowledge any God, all accept, (Fking dreamer) that they are all the same, then, we all can sleep in peace. { Imagine One Billion priests, mullahs, padres and associated sellers on the Unemployment line!!} Wow. I will not need any sleeping pills.
Here is one such incidence that occurred at the Golden temple in Amritsar in 1984. Please see the link below. Another such incidence where hundreds of Tamils in SriLanka got killed and a few from India might have helped in it too. The Bosnian War was an international one and the armed conflict that took place in Bosnia and Herzgovina between 6 April 1992 and 14 December 1995, was to make some gains in their land holdings.
There is so much wrong with this view of looking at History and the lessons we all learned through them. No need to go back in the past. Even if you take our current days, there is no unity among any religious followers. Japanese have no qualms in perpetrating the Nanking massacre, Saudi has no qualms in going against Iraq. It's always geo-politics and the situation will remain the same for ever, and we cannot change it. Hindu rulers were aligned with Muslim Rulers and Christian Kings/Queens and the same goes for them as well. Nizam of Hyderabad aligned with the Marathas and with the British Forces against Tippu Sultan. If you look at it through that lens, I hope that will give you a fresh perspective as to where we were then and where we are today.
The only true creed is good governance and tolerance. Any society that follows it more or less is bound to be a strong and prosperous society. All the rest (religion, caste, regional differences, and the language etc.,) are just hog-wash pulled off by politicians/leaders/kings, the mullahs et. all, is to achieve their selfish goals. It will all passes us by, in due course of time. But they all are irritants that will disperse away.
With the current situation in IRAQ...:
These are all the off shoots of the dismantling of the Saddam Hussein's Regime. out of it came "One" who called himself Baghdadi and the others took up arms and positions against the ruling Iraqis, because of the VOID that was generated by his removal. The Mullah Baghdadi is now pushing the masses to do these atrocities and who knows it may be just the stash of arms and ammunition that was hoarded when they all disbanded Saddam and now it has come to haunt all of us. They know that they laid their lives down for Saddam and now cannot make their ends meet and so resorted to these nefarious activities.
All of these occurrences are geo-political ones. It has remained common to that particular area. Don't forget that any Nation that was won by war will always have an enclave that will always remember the bitter sweet victory, a few that remember the bitter side and the few the sweet side of it. It is totally left to the victor how he goes about treating the captured. Most of the time they scatter to return back with a vengeance. When they do, it raises its ugly head.
So, is this a franchise, which any one can start and in the name of a so called GOD start to kill the rest of the population in IRAQ and also call it Jihad? Since when did God start to kill humans? Since when does one go about killing the population in the name of "Allah". Here I would like to say that the sin and the sinner stand united and I for one cannot differentiate them from each other and there is no time allocated to differentiate that which is what. Seems all of this is happening instantaneously. There is no rhyme nor any reasoning and there is no time allocated to judge. Hence it looks like they are perpetrating an elimination, a mad killing spree, that we knew, as happened during the Second World War too in Europe and also that happened in the Far East, conducted by the Japanese Forces.
History has left behind a legacy and it is for us to take the best part of it to learn and then use it to our advantage. If we fail, by not grasping it, then we cannot blame just the others. Some blame will have to be apportioned to those politicians who have a very narrow view of others and has not understood what history has taught us.
Yes we all do have our freedom of speech. Yes we all know where the button is to incite others. Be it in politics or with our ability to prick others with a few 'cartoons'. Everyone in the west is of the opinion that religious people in the Middle East has to bow down and subdue to such an exposure, call it what you may. AND it is not the very first time it has happened. Once is Happenstance, it could happen any where. Twice is co-incidence. I am stretching it and perchance it happened all at once, a Second Time. Thrice.... IS deliberance. Some one is deliberately provoking them. Let us face it, I don't spit in the wind. It is sure is going to blow back into my own face.
Some one has to take some part of the blame. But the anarchy is uncalled for... Am I a sympathizer... NO. History has shown, that they could not get past Turkey in the past. Currently even Turkey does not want the Muslim refugees from Iraq and Syria, though it is a nation that is next door to them. Everyone wants to leave this Moslem upsurge and its problems, right there, where it all began, till they find a solution for it right there by themselves. Let us see how they start to resolve it, other than through refugee camps. It is a game of 'wait and watch' for us on this side of the Atlantic. If the perpetrators of this anarchy there, we call them ISIS-ISIL, or by any other name, try any stunts anywhere else in other parts of the world, they will surely eliminate them. So, is this a show of hands to those in the Middle East, as to how well we all are united in the Christian world and we will use the technology and funds, but not the might of the Army, or as they say Boots On the Grounds in IRAQ?
There will come a time when they will run out of time and resources and can no longer withstand the pressures, and I am sure they all will come out swinging their weapons and weilding their swords, not too long in the future and at which time all your and my prophecies will be fulfilled.
Are we there yet?? Close but NO CIGARS.!
