If someone wanted to teach as a part-time teacher in some of the private tutoring and coaching centers like Oxford, how to go about it?
I don't want to become a public school teacher so don't want to do B.Ed or get an OCT.
I have very good skills in maths, science, accounting and so on and can easily teach Canadian curriculum for high school (grade 9 to 12).
But I don't know how to go about it.
What certifications do I need?
Who should I approach?
Did you check their website under careers to get an idea of what is needed?

High school science and math teachers have always been in great demand, even by places like Oxford. My advice would be to approach such centers directly which is easily possible since they are small business owners always looking for teachers on part time / full time basis. My wife did the same till she decided she did want to do BEd. and become a professional teacher.
While they do not pay well as compared to being a qualified teacher, but gives a lot of flexibility.
