Unfortunate situation.
Please know that you can access welfare from the state (which will be billed to your husband).
You can also walk in to community centres to ask for free legal aid lawyers who cab advise you of your rights better.
Canada is a country not for lazy people and negetive people. Feel fresh, move around, know about its great culture and get enriched.
