We do not know why Delhi is dragging its feet on this non-issue.
Israel has not returned the lands it occupied after 67 war and gone ahead with settlement with its people. China has fully colonised Tibet. Does the so called "World Opinion"ever bother about it?
In J&K we see lakhs of Kashmiris themselves are driven out because they belong to a particular religion and none of the secularists ever raise their voice against this.
Delhi must fully resettle all Pandits back in Kashmir, issue them Aadhaar cards and along with them retired defence people from states like Punjab, UP and even Gurkhas from Nepal.
