Do NOT reconsider a life decision just by some opinions on this forum.

Have you applied for immigration based on the input of this forum. If you are looking for better quality of life and clean air, roads, no pollution, proper civic services and above all legal status...then canada offers all of it.

However there needs to be a good job to support it. Lot of families from Middle East come here land, settle their families and then the main breadwinner goes back to middle east and support the families by sending money.

the money you see in Middle east is just not here. The status stability you have here is just not there in Middle east.

Consider carefully your situation and adapt to canada if you want to live here. Else you can keep your family here in canada and continue to earn in Middle east.

But for getting citizenship. You have to show that you are in Canada for 3 years. Is Citizenship possible if I come back to middle east and keep my family in Canada?

Since your PR case is at finalisation stage, I will suggest to take a safe chance of landing here with family, settling them here, continue working in ME and also keep looking for job in Canada and then shift here or there as your job situation unfolds or how your family feels. You have atleast 3 yrs to play this without jeopardizing the PR extension/citizenship option. That way you will have less regret (of not taking the Canada option) and more informed decision in hand than saying no at outset. Nobody but time and effort will define your success or failure.

Do not be put off by some comments on this forum.

There are many job openings in BC for Architects, the only snag they all need Canadian experience. Good Architects with great presentation skills earn very high.

From Wikipedia:

CanadaSalaries vary with experience and location. A senior architect in private practice, in a major Canadian city, can earn over $125,000 per annum (more with a larger firm) with the top 10% earning over $200,000. Recently graduated (intern architects) typically earn between $40,000 to $50,000 per annum - this may increase up to $75,000 with professional registration. Partners or principals in large firms can make $450k and up.[1] Also, Managers of larger companies can earn up to 600k per annum. It is not uncommon for very successful architects (in the top 1%) to make seven digit salaries.

Tourist,
You still believe in the Govt. of Canada crap and stuff like that.
It should be based on ground reality.

Peace
