Guys,
First of all, this is not India our land. This is a foreign land and they treat people differently and the culture is different.
They need camera evidence to back it up (just like Wiyona Ryder in the USA). So it all depends on what is there in the camera.
By your writing it seems that they were ready to let her go but by some agressive behaviour on your part, you got yourselfs in to deep trouble.
Only a lawyer can help you in this and it will cost a lot of money to come out of this mess. Look for some qualified lawyer.
It is easy to find an motor vehicle claim lawyer b'cos he gets 50% of the cut. In this case, you need to pay from your own pocket.
If you are a visible minority, then for sure you can use the VM, racisim card and from your writing, it looks to me like that.
Walmart regularly calls for police to investigate and a lot of portugese illegals have been found and deported. Police here work like a horse with the sides of the eyes covered. They do their work deligently like that , in the straight line and they will not understand your emotions and stuff like that.
Hope you come out of your mess soon. This is one of the reson I donot want to stay in this country.

When I was in Saudi arabia some 10 years back, I used to avaoid areas where both men and women were allowed. B'cos those are really sensitive area and you may even be witch hunted.

Don’t you think sometime some hunter could become hunted at another place?
Do you know how many families are in the waiting for getting immigration visa?
What percent of persons go back to the native country and how many of them came back after few years?
