We have applied for immigration and it will take around 10-12 months to get landing papers..(that's what the consultant said..)
I am interested in knowing whether I can visit my brother in US.
If I have PR card..do I need Visit Visa for US?
He stays in California and I haven't met him for 4 years..

Yes according to the new rules, you need a visa to visit the US, unless you have a canadian passport.
