Hello,

1) I have already applied for my wife immigration to Canada in April 2010. Right now the waiting period is about 8-14 months. I was wondering will it affect my case if I apply for your visit visa?

2) My sister is currently in states, i want her to migrate to Canada. Can some one give me a suggestion how can I help her migrating to Canada. She is currently financial adviser working for wachovia bank in NY.

Regarding your wife's visitor visa, NO, it won't affect your existing application. Go for it but make sure you better have logical reasons to apply so becuase of Dual intent issue.

Regarding your sister's immigration to Canada, I need to see her detailed and updated resume before suggesting anything.
