Please advice..
I applied for my mothers PR in june 2008 and received an acknowledgement. Now i want to invite her on a visit visa. her visa has been rejected 3 times already so i contacted
an immigration consultant and she made affidavit for me which states that since she is visiting USA to meet her sister and i would like to invite her to visit me during christmas holidays and also that i have applied for her sponsorship and the consultant wants me to attach the sponsorship agreement with it as a proof.
I need to know is that format ok coz i am very much skeptical about this..
pls help..

ok the scenario is that my mother has a 10 yr multiple entry visa for usa and she has visited washington last year 2007. again she will be visiting her sister this dec 2008 and based on this the affidavit is made that since she is already visiting usa , i would like to invite her to visit me in canada.
the main question is should i include in the invitation letter stating that i have sponsored my mother or should i not include since i have sponsored her in june 2008.
one more question is that her visit visa was rejected for canada last year and in the application form they ask you whether you were rejected a visa and reason for it. since you all know that the reasons given by the embassy are vague ones so what should i write lack of funds or no ties or what.
hope my situation is clear and pls all you experts give me some advice.

My question to pratickm is..
i will be answering yes in the question which says have you ever applied ..
but do i have to include in sponcosrship letter as well or no. isnt it that just answering in the appln form would serve the purpose.

i went to the consultant yest and she made an affidavit on behalf of my husband who is actually inviting her saying that "since my mother in law will be visiting her sister who lives in US, i would like to invite her during holidays for say 2 months. and also that " I have already sponsored her and attached is the acknowledgement letter from cic"
she is vouching on it saying that we have to do this in order to get visa..
now tell me is the affidavit ok?
one more simple question.. my mothers name is Shameem but is spealt in the letter as Shameen , is it possible that i change it with black pen the n to m? will there be any prb?
pls reply
thanks
