While I await the response from Gupta jee ... I read in the news that quite a few Sikh organizations are criticizing NaMo's visit.

'Canadian Sikhs aim to question Indian PM Modi about human-rights issues'

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/canadian-sikhs-aim-to-question-modi-about-human-rights-issues/article23874215/

How's that for an explanation ?

1) Firstly, the the 1984 riots were not committed by Modi govt. I don't need to tell you who was responsible for those riots.

2) Second, the people behind the "sikhs for justice" are known Khalistan sympathizers. Their own hands are bloodied by the murder of Air India flight 182.

3) Thirdly, these individuals tried the same stunt for Modi's US visit and everyone knows how "successful" they were.

All the great people talking about Gujarat riots have a short term memory loss as to the cause of the Gujarat riots.

a) They will not talk about the "roasting of 59 people, including 25 women and 15 children in a train". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godhra_train_burning

b) They will also have a severe case of amnesia as to the killings of minorities ruled by Islamic nation.

c) Of course, no such debates took place in this forum when 150 students were killed by "you know who" last week in Kenya. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garissa_University_College_attack

My point is, hatred of Modi comes naturally to them. We should ignore their rants and enjoy the Modi show.

I hear you and agree with most that you say - Just co related the Sikhs in your earlier statement to the Sikhs I heard over the radio protesting Modi ... and hence the link.

AG - I have never doubted that ... What I have said is that Justice in India can be played with very easily and is done so day in and day out citing an eg of Manu Sharma who was acquitted by the court for the same reasons and then due to the public outcry , the case was reopened ..

Quoting from the same link that you have posted ....

In the late 1990s, Sharma was known to be a regular party-goer in Delhi.[6] On 29 April 1999, he was present at a party where an unlicensed bar was operating. Jessica Lal refused to serve him, despite being offered 1000 rupees, and Sharma then fired a .22 pistol and killed her.[9][10] Sharma was arrested and charged with murder, destruction of evidence and other offences.[10] During the trial, 32 witnesses turned "hostile". Seven years after the case was opened, on 21 February 2006, Sharma and eight others of the twelve accused were acquitted. The trial judge commented after the outcome that

The court has acquitted them because the Delhi police failed to sustain the grounds on which they had built up their case. The police failed to recover the weapon which was used to fire at Jessica Lal as well as prove their theory that the two cartridges, emptied shells of which were recovered from the spot, were fired from one weapon.[11]

After his acquittal by the trial court, Sharma was ostracized, with SMS campaigns being sent out to boycott all establishments that the Sharmas had owned.[12] The acquittal led to widespread public outcry. In March 2006, the case was re-admitted in the Delhi High Court where it was tried on a fast-track basis.

And here's what I asked you refuting your statement

That's a very blanket statement.

Gupta jee ,

Imagine your name is Gulfam jee and you are the lone survivor of an innocent family who was massacred in 2002 and still have not got any justice because the Govt has manipulated things in the system.

Would you consider your self to be a traitor then ?

And if yes , how do you think NaMo jee should deal with you.

You have still been unable to answer the qs which relate to your statement... Please if you state some thing , you should stand by it !! Otherwise be prepared to accept that what you stated was wrong.

in past Some of you mentioned several time your dislikeness about NaMo so I will not waste my time & continue to feed your curiosity :) Media filled with fake news & nonsense- Modi was this , Modi was that - blah-blah-blah--- we all sick&tired with these allegations:(.

Supreme Court of India said whatever they wanted to say about NaMo -all allegations/doubts must be stopped now.

And yet you can waste your time in making irresponsible statements that those who are against Modi are traitors ........ any basis of this statement or is it your fantasy ??

Or is it that you do not have an answer to my q :) and realize that you should not have made the 'traitor' statement.

Courts will decide based on evidence and if that evidence is switched , witnesses suppressed - how will the truth come out ?

I agree that if you have power or money one can go scoot free after day time murdering even in capital cities like Delhi . Have seen justice system very closely and it was disgusting to see how judges and judgments are bought and sold .
Have high hopes to see things changed with Aap in Delhi Sarkar and Namo as PM .
