You were (are) an Immigrant into Canada. You had all the opportunities made available to you when you first entered. You lost them all. You still had FIVE Good years to make it back and get your foot in through the door once more. You threw it away. Now you have to close that chapter. You are there in INDIA. Hire a lawyer to write and tell them that you would like to close that application out and would like to make a FRESH Start all over again. BUT.....

BEFORE YOU START Another application, please do investigate what your chances are of re-entry into Canada with all of the point score and job opportunities that are available here currently. Some jobs are NO LONGER OPEN. Also if you are 38-39 years old, then you MIGHT get a second chance. If over that age, then, please give up the ghost.

Hope this helps.

All of this takes time and so add sufficient time to the 38 years age. Time and tide waits for no one.

FH.
