100% not sure but personally I have seen many student who can qualified for university but agent force them to colleges..
BTW I handle close to 200 students accommodation every year.. I talk to them on daily basis.... this is their biggest complaints...

The I.O. who refused the Visa, calls it a Visitor's Visa. That I felt as strange.
The link provided to her, if she had previous access to it, she could have used the same to get all of the help. We all are coming to know these facts AFTER THE EVENT. No one gets here and asks us about our help or advice and what are we there for if not help them all BEFORE the event.
Having got a letter of rejection, the only remedy is obtain a re-employment letter from her current employer to satisfy that requirement first. Then re-work the application thro ACCC in the link and seek their help to get that VISA through them.
I have my own doubts about the Colleges and Universities providing the kick backs to the Immigrant Consultants. Other than assuring a letter of acceptance and in instances providing assurances in placements to them. All of these are normal routines that they follow here in the work permit system.

I have seen countless students like you who come here and are looted by these Community colleges like Seneca, Humber, Sheridan, George Brown college. Most of them are from China and India.
What they get is sub standard low level low class education from these colleges. Its much worse than Indian colleges. Most of them spend upto $ 30,000 per year if you include Tuition fees, Accomodation, Food, Transport, Medical insurance on these shitty crappy Canadian education.
While the White Canadian student is not even paying $ 5,000 per year for the same education, plus gets grants and student loans from Canada. He will get a job in his field upon graduation, while the Indian and Chinese student will work in McDonalds, Security Guard, Drive a cab, Work in warehouse and factory, Petrol pump job after graduation
Lot of these students get depressed and lonely and homesick, when they realised they have been duped by these shitty colleges and agents and consultants.
Canadian education is sub par and sub standard. This includes the Universties over here, don't fall for it.
USA and UK education and even Indian education is far far superior.

Absolutely. There are colored vans for colored students and white vans for white students waiting outside the graduation ceremony. White students are forced to get into white vans and taken to work in companies in their field of education while colored students are forced to work odd jobs in McDonalds, security guards, etc. I have not seen a single Indian or Chinese doing any meaningful work in Canada, all of them only work odd jobs.

I agree CKB when too far on his frustration ...
But yes, student has been used , scamed , miss guided by this colleges and consultants.. i know their pain cause i deal with them on regular basis.
Yes, coin has two sides, there are few students, just come here to get PR ( they even forge IILET)
But there are many i found miss guided and taken advantage of ... and most of them are middle class, parents send them here with watever savings they have, even take loans etc... hoping for kids to get better education and start earning ...
They only realize the dark side once they are here... its very SAD

The guys who are in charge of hiring and receiving the resumes in the various companies are wearing coloured glasses, but you are not smart enough to realise that, since you are busy looking for coloured vans outside graduation ceremonies .
Your resume goes into garbage or you get thrown out of the interview with the sad, pathetic and lame excuse - Have you got Canadian experience ?
People who lick the boots of Gora Sahib's and do Yes Sir, No Sir and salute them will never realise that.
Send in a resume with the name " John Smith " on it and then send an exact same resume, to the same company, for the same job with the name " Jaswinder Singh " on it and then see who gets called for the interview.

Yup, they are still busy selling the Canadian Dream ( Nightmare ) to poor, hardworking, middle class people in developing countries like India and China and looting them.
Canada only has 2 economies :
1. Bringing immigrants in and exploiting them and taking their life savings. Not recognising their education, qualification, professional degrees, experience and using them for low level unskilled low paying jobs.
2. Selling its natural resources like Alberta Oil to the rest of the world.
No manufacturing, No Hi-Tech industry, Nothing
If not for the Immigration scam this Dung hole Racist Frozen Tundra would have collapsed long back.
