Last week I completed my 3 years in Canada. Can I apply now or is it wise to give couple of month’s margin? I am not sure, how CIC feels about people who immediately apply after residing 1095 days in Canada.

Thanks,
would it make any differance if I moved to USA after applying for citizenship?
I have couple of good offers from Boston and I like to move now.
or should I wait until CIC decide on my application?
its best to wait till the whole thing concludes, but thats not always practical...
what you should keep in mind though is, if you do decide to go, you should be flexible enough to be able to come back in a hurry... there have been cases where cic has called up applicants with a 2 day notice to appear for a test or an oath because they have had cancellations... i have personally seen cases where they send out letters with appointments two weeks after the mailing date, so by the time you get the letter the appointment is just 3 or 4 days away...
plus, if you leave you will have to return atleast twice and possibly three times (test/oath/fingerprints if asked)...
that, or you could be asked for additional information such as tax returns or passport etc...

I know what you are saying. It will be a hassle to comeback for all the appointments but its hard to let pass this offer. Since I moved to Canada , I have being doing odd jobs. So I am desperate for a well-paying job.
You mention taxes….I only files taxes for one year because that is when I was working. I did not file taxes for last 2 years because my income was close to zero. Would that effect my application for citizenship? What do you mean by additional information about passport?
you still have to file taxes even if income is Zero.....

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.
Hi Ottawa
Was you income in canada equal to zero or worldwide was zero . Was your spouse income also zero worldwide . Just asking as they may ask you this in front of the judge and they could also ask you how did you support yourself then
