hi!!!!!!!!!!
yesterday i got a letter from Buffallo for my application of PR in Nov-Dec 2003. They ask me for Medical test and No record certificate(PCC). Also Current Employement Record.
Can any one pls tell me how long it will take once i submit all this requirements with medical test. Do i need to send the Landing fees at the same time with the required documents to save time for processing.
One more thing i want to know that No Record Certificate from original country. does it mean that i need PCC from india only but i never been back to india since July 2002 and living in canada since that time. Do i also need PCC from canada police too..i m little bit confuse here.
Pls guide me..........

Didn't you submit PCC while applying ? If no, then you can get from Indian Embassy in Toronto for $20 .

You have to go thru finger printing for RCMP ...didn't they asked in letter ?
are you on work permit or student ?

Hi Sukhvindar...... yaar i didnt submit my PCC when i apply for immigrations.......but in the requirements they listed that they need to have no record certificate from india. i m living in canada since 2002 and how can i get that kind of certificate from here. do i need to send PCC from canada too with finger prints....they didnt ask me anything like that on requirements... i just got 3 requirements .. 1. current employment record 2. no record certificate 3. Medical with in 60 days... can u give me ur phone no. so that i can contact u if u have any idea in this case.........or else mine is 416 704 0166... i m on work permit here ... thanks sandip |

Hi
I applied for my PR in Oct 2003 and got file No. on 17 nov.2003.I got my medicalson July 15 2004 and it says my File has been transfered to Detroit ,they don't need any further documents and I require an Interiew in Detroit.
Does anyone know how much time I can expect for my file to be transferred to Detroit Consulate and to be scheduled for an Interview.
Plz reply ....as the website is just showing the same thing for the past 2 months..

Did u get any seperate letters for interview or they gave you letter for interview with medicals only.......i heard that they are not asking for interviews after medicals....is that true ?????? me little bit confuse after reading ur case dude.... pls tell me when did u get letter for interview..........
