dear you better do something contact the buffalo office i submitted my case in july 2004 and al my paper work was final by dec 2005 through the buffalo office be serious about it a nd take action....best of luck

Just to let you know there are lot of people in line those you have applied at Buffallo NY office in 2003....
"Applied in Jan 2003 and did medicals second time", still waiting..

i APPLIED THROUGH Bafflo but our file was transfered to detroit for an interview. we had our interview in Aug 2004 and did our meds after that once it was approved by CIC. we took the FBI report with us to the interview. got passport on NOv 22 and moved to canada on dec 27th
been here a yr now all good.

Hi janmeja..i dont understand your point in one thread you are saying you didnt get any untill 2004 and next reply you are saying you got interview call on Aug-2004 ??

Hi,

I`m not surprised by this.Buffalo is the worst post.I applied in 2000 and got the PR by 2004.The reason for the delay as they told me was lost medical files and lost RCMP files. NEVER NEVER APPLY IN BUFFALO.
