Hi

Actually i applied on 27th nov-2003, got my file no. on 31st of December.....i got my medicals on 5th of august,2004 but they didnt inform me about any kind of interview or any other documents...

Did u get any seperate letters for interview or they gave you letter for interview with medicals only.......i heard that they are not asking for interviews after medicals....is that true ??????

me little bit confuse after reading ur case dude....

pls tell me when did u get letter for interview..........

Sandip, your Interview has been waived if you didnt receive any Letter for Interview ..Your documents for medicals and the coversheet would say the same.
As fpr Tulip he wpould have to go for Interview first and then he would get his medicals and PCC requirements.

ashish i have already received my medicals and i am waiting for my file to be in the received files list then i'll get my interview date scheduled..i donno know how much time it's going to take for that.

Sandip, what Ashish has said may be true now. Normally, if they want you to attend an interview they will state that clearly in the letter they send you with your "Medical and Police Clearance" forms. If you received your medical and police clearance forms (request letters), but did not receive any letter indicating that you have to attend an interview then you are all set . !No interview for you

Thanx yaar for giving me a hope that i dont have to attend any kind of interview........i just have a fear that in case if i have to attend any interview in USA and wat if i will not get USA Visa....But as u say my interview is most probably waved.....i m happy now...

Hay dear!!!!!!! Do u have any idea how long it will take after medicals....i submit my medicals in second week of August.....Wat do u think when will i get next step from Immigrations...i already send my landing fees....

Hope for the favorable reply dude.....

Sandip, I used the word "May"... You may want to contact 1-888-242-2100 and find out if you actually need to attend an interview. Do not take our word for it. I have no idea how much time it takes after medicals. If you sent the ROLF then you can just wait...and Pray ! BUt again, call that toll free # and find out abt the status. If you need to attend an interview then you have to work hard on your Visa to enter the USA. Thats 'cos you are not a PR of Canada and as such highly disadvantaged. So call them up and find out for yourself. Then post their response.
