Dear Masood Ji:
I have received a job offer letter from Canadian employer through a employment agency who had filed for HRDC approval in August 2003 but no confirmation has come even after 1 year and it seems that Employment agency has obtained the job offer in a fraudulent manner.
Unfortunately I had sent the copy of job offer to CHC, New Delhi so that my case may not be rejected under new law. I am now sure that HRDC confirmation will not come.
Will this have a negative effect on my case ?
What excuse should I made with CHC regarding this job offer ?
Will CHC enquire about the job offer ?
Advice is really appreciated.
Will anybody please feed their advice ?
Regards
dude, you need to consult a professional... what you are talking about could be considered fraud itself, specially if you knew that the job offer was fradulent and you still went ahead and sent it to boost your points..
posting on a message board and waiting for free advice may not be your best option...
You have to be very careful. If the job offer was not validated, then chc will simply ignore it. However, if there is any suspicion of fraud and that you had prior knowledge, then you'll be in trouble.
This is not an issue that can be addressed here. You can contact me by email.
