Restaurants on the same lines as Hooters already exist in places like Bangalore and Mumbai except that they cater to a particular section of the society and are not upscale. Trust me, there is no dearth of Indian Hooters, especially in metropolises like Delhi, Mumbai etc. I am sure you must be aware of the way Delhi is turning into the "upscale" brothel capital of the country.
