I live in gulf ( tax free area ) and coming to Toronto in May05 as landed immigrant.
Would like consultation on following situation

1. Family Lands in Canada . Family stays but husband goes back.
2. Wife stays and settles down first. maybe take employment/study further
3. Daugher joins school.
4. Husband returns for holidays ( once a year /maybe twice)
5. Husband finally settles back after 2 years as per residency requirements

Services Needed
Consultation on how best would be tax on world income, if any?
Tax for wife ? would it be seperate filing?
Supervize Rent agreement, if applicable
Supervize and file year end tax returns, if any
and any other service that desi would need to get expertise on


PS - I am aware this could be a little pre-mature as we are landing in May05, however would help us with our planning and move in the right direction and fix appointments in advance.
