Sending PR card by mail

Hello,

Is it a good idea to mail the PR card to US. Did anyone has any experience with this ?

Probably not, because of the magnetic strip it is 100% detectable as a card in scanner. US will not allow post to come in without scanning it.

I have done for my friend, and she have received without any problem. I have just sent thru Express mail..faster and silled as confidiantial paper..along with social insurnce number as well.. shhhhhhhhhhhhh..............

You can mail PR card by mail to USA. It's absolutely safe.
