Nope.. I did not have any problem with Yahoo! Mail so far..
I use yahoopop to get all my emails in Outlook Express.

You can also try logging into yahoo messenger and then clicking on overview window. It will open in your default browser. Also you can try some other browser apart from IE such as Netscape Navigator or Firefox.
