Massoodji,
Thank you for answering my questions. Here's another question..
The letter I received is dated jan 21. They mention in the letter that I have to send the documents requested withing 90 days from the date of the letter, and failure to do so could result in the refusal of my application. Last nite I called a few TEF centers in India and the next available TEF date is only May 20. That makes it more than 90 days .
What can I do in this situation? Can I register for TEF and send them proof that I have registered and that I will send them results ASAP after I receive them. Or is there anything else I can do? Once again Massoodji, your help will be appreciated.

Register and send proof of that.
