Hi !

I am looking for some investment property in Windsor and surrounding areas in Ontario. Are there any desi's living in the area who can give me an idea about the situation there? I am specifically looking for the following information

1. Growth (economic growth of the area)
2. Costs Involved (a rough estimate of how much properties cost both residential and commercial)

I can get this information from a real estate agent but would like the opinion of a person living there (neutral party)
