I visited Canada as a visitor 1 year ago and maried a caregiver who has included me in her application sent 8 months ago. I sent my medicals and PC with it. Im in india now waiting for response from new delhi. Cic in canada says the case has been sent to new delhi.
But no response for 8 months.
What should i do..?


Can i visit my wife for a few months and come back for processing as my return ticket expires in march. ( ill buy a return again from canada)

Less likely you'll be given visitor's visa.

It shouldn't take too long. If delay continues get a alwyer to write to the embassy.
