Hello,

My wife is getting processed for PR under the Live-in Caregiver in Canada and i came to get processed in India 3 years ago.

The problem is that its 3 years now since we have been separated but CIC is still processing our applications. The file is now in Vancouver CIC office but even now they are not giving us any timeframe when they will finish processing. We have tried our MP but even he is unable to help.

Is there anything we can do?

Should we apply for a Mandamus Order?

Can i get a visitor visa to visit my wife?

Your advice will be appreciated.
