im in canada now and wife is due to deliver in india later. from what i spoke to agencies and my observations, i will need to apply for child visa here in canada, the authorities check if i'm physically present in canada, than a docket number is given to me, the file is than sent to chc - delhi. the visa is than issued to my indian address..this seems to be the fastest and surest way of getting the baby..its takes about 3-6months..a visitor visa etc is a little dicey
