Hello folks..
I am new to this board and just now we have started our immigration process.
I realized that building career or in that case rebuilding it is tough job in Canada..
Let me tell you something about our case.
We have a nice job here in Dubai. But as Middle East never gives you residency permit , we will have to move to India some time in future if we don't take decision to migrate..that's why we started the process.
I want to ask you one question..If it becomes difficult to get a decent job in Canada..Can we search for jobs in US. How to maintain residency in such case..
My husband is QA Manager in Food Industry and we see many opportunities exist in US on Monstor..And I think US is more linient about ur education & experience background..
Can some of you guide..please??
Hi Chinumama(I think inspired by new song ),
Hi 1st of all welcome to CD. We are also living in dubai at present but very soon moving to Canada. Look problem is everywhere! But after struggle in 2-3 yrs you will definately get good job in CAN too (I hope so....... .). & once you become the citizen of canada you can move to USA anytime.
Here in dubai you always feel insecure!! So better don't be double minded.

I am sure that Indians will top the list if compared with fellow citizens of the world with their industrious, humane, warm, productive, God-fearing poise added with their strong cultural background. They possess immense potential to create a beautiful society in today's global village.
We, therefore, should think about what contributions we can make to the society we live in and make the world beautiful by that extent. Of course, while protecting our core interests of survival and heritage - and that too with grace.
I fully appreciate what Kjyoti has to say. There is no cake-walk in Canada but a struggle to prove your mettle! Only a 'can-do' approach to things, originality with earnest need to contribute, good planning backed up by blessings and a die-hard attitude can make things / environment around us a cake walk.
Making things happen is what the world is talking about.
All the very best for good intentions.
Best regards,
