Hi All,
I will be moving to Canada by end of April. I am coming over with my 2 year old. Husband is staying back in Dubai to continue his work while I look for a job there. I need clarification on few issues:
-How do I apply for Child care benefits.
-I am working a Customer Relations Manager in Dubai for a Hosting company. If anyone can guide me in the direction to look for a similar job. I have 9 years of work exp.
- I am also looking for a Daycare (Govt / otherwise) for my child.

Regards
Gilbil

You will need to fill up a form for Canada Child Tax benefit. See
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/benefits/cctb/menu-e.html

Job Search Engine, see http://www.jobry.com/job-search-canada.html

Daycare, see http://www.toronto.ca/children/childcare.htm

*****Very Important*****

Remember to take with you written permission from your husband to carry the infant with you...questions will be asked at the immigration for the childs father and his consent is very important...ideally get the consent notarised, if possible...

If you want some help in finding you a DECENT rental accomodation in Mississauga, do let me know. I might have an ideal property that is more like an executive townhouse and is also furnished. It is small (500sq ft approx.) but ideal for single person/couple. It is listed on my site:

http://www.realestate-ontario.com/rentmississauga.htm

Last time when I had leased this place, I had to literally choose a tenant from more than 6-7 applicants, all of whom wanted to rent this because of ideal location and price. I will be happy if it is given to someone needful.

You can email me.

Thanks,
