It is so frustrating that after so much efforts, this government is so rigid.
I got CAIPS notes for my mother application yesterday. She had applied in Jan 2003. As per notes, her files is pushed to May 2006. One and half year.
Basis of appeal is that spouse application is processed in period of 3 months where as parents application takes over 4 years. CIC has no written instruction from Immigration minister to speed spouse application and slow parents sponsorship. So, if the appeal goes thru. Demands are met by CIC. Spouse and parents waiting period will be same. And further all pending application will require immediate processing.
Those who are waiting for spouse to come in fast will start agitating to this ruling. Any thoughts……
