I have applied for immiogration in the skilled category in june 2001, but it seems that it may take 33 to 58 months to finally process the case. I am a computer engineer , having BE in civil engg and ME degree in computer engineering with 13 years of teaching experience in polytechnic college and 6 years of executive experience in govt organisation. I want to enter in Canada in "software pilot Program" category. Guide me the way , if any , to proceed further in this direction.
