Hi,
I am a Computer Graphics Desinger and coming in Toronto on Student visa. At now I am in E-business & Architecture Programe (graphics designing work programme for print & web level platform).

I am studing in Privated career college. But I have 12 yrs. experience of Graphics Designing Backhome. As per my knowledge and ONTARIO's new relues govt. don't give work permit to private career college student.

But I am fit at "Multimedia Graphics Developer" category which is in Pilot Project category for getting the JOB & workpermit in CANADA. And as per my knowledge in this category HRDC approval is not require.

So, I am planning to apply for Work permit. Becaz my visa is expire on Dec. 1st week.

So, I have a question that, if I will apply for WP and (it depends on my & company papers and also luck) it is approved that's good for me but if govt. refuse it (cant give the Work permit), then after Can I apply for student visa for getting another eductation ? And at that time will govt. give me student permit after refusing Workpermit ???

I want help for this.
