We did the landing successfully!, thank you for all the help that I got in this forum and I am open to questions. I used automatic revalidation provision to comeback to US.

Congratulations on your smooth landing. For the benefit of other members could you post your experiences about the baby visa issue? I understand you are now back in the US - does this mean that you landed as an immigrant and baby as visitor?

Thank you!, We didn't take our 2 yr old for landing.
