I did! Now wasn't that incredible! I think even his clothes had some blood stains. And the US immigration's explanation on the whole thing was so lame, something to the tune of "Being wierd does not mean you're committing a crime!"
But then, it was not a brown guy. Had it been, he would've been arrested immediately, no question!

I applied for uS visa at American consulate at Vancouver and got visa stamped on the same day. There is no problem.
You must have a letter from employer addressed to Consular general to issue HIB visa. All original H1B papers , Degree cerificates, Pay slips. Offer letter,Experiance letter , Paasport size photo and valid passport.
The Visa appointments are only given on Mondays and Fridays.
Thogh you must have lot of documents, In my case they only took Company letter verfied H1B papers covers my period of stay in US without break .
You have to pay 100US$ as cash for application and another 50$ when they approve visa.
One you apply and Get Visa you will be peaceful.
If they refuse entry at border post they will cancel expired visa and it will be very difficult to get Visa .
