How is Malton, Mississauga as a place to stay in the beginning?

Malton is a good place to stay . I live in Malton . It is well connected , clean & nice area. Yes, it is a desi area. Almost 70-80% population is desi.

I find Malton to be more convenient if I have to travel to Toronto using public transit. In half an hour, you reach Islington subway station from Malton. Compared to Brampton I find it more convenient.

Public Transit: You have to pay double fare. One for mississauga transit and one for TTC.

1. You take bus number 11 or 40 from Westwood Mall and get down at Islington station.
2. Take the eastbound train going towards Kennedy.
3. Get down at Yonge-Bloor.
4. Take the southbound train going towards Union or whatever station you want to go.
5. Get a TTC map that is available free at all subway stations and you will be able to figure out the routes yourself. Mississauga Transit maps are available free on all Mississaga Transit buses.

It is $4.50 cash fare one way.
