I need guidance on PCC. My PCC from Kuwait is getting delayed. As I do not live there anymore, was asked to contact their embassy. They got all the papers; however, there is a delay, have been doing follow up, been asked to wait.
How to handle the situation? Should I inform CIC about this? Do they consider such situations and delay?
Can someone share their experience / guide?

I can understand your situation as getting a PCC from an Arab country you are not living in right now, can be quite tedious.
I think you should document all the efforts what you've been doing to obtain the certificates and write to the CIC. Its better that they are informed before the deadline date expires. This documented report will be stored in your immigration file and you can always reference to it later on.

It is good sugestion from you to inform CIC. Just on a side note, do they give due considerations for such delays. Because doing follow up from outside is bit tough some time.

Keeping CIC updated about happenings before expiry of deadline, with well documented case is a good idea. Any possibility that you got some friend working there in Kuwait, who can do enquiry on your behalf, to speed up the things for you??!!
