How long anybody can stay outside of canada with PR Card?
is there a time limit to come back to canada.

thanks,
it means one can stay continuously for three years in india and come back after three years before finishing five years

You can stay out of Canada for three years in a row, out of each five year period.

No personal offence

People wait more than 5 years to get Canada PR and complain about the slow processing times and once they get it then they want to know how long can they stay out of canada .

Is there any possibility that a PR can stay out of Canada for more than 3/5 years ?? Only if u have come across such cases.

Yes..provided that PR is married to a Canadian Citizen !..That PR can keep on maintaining his/her PR status, but wont be eligible for citizenship
