I applied for my passport and I somehow think that i made mystake in writing last digit of postal code? how can i enquire about this? will the post office deliver my mail?

Wait for two days after mailing date, if you do not receive it, contact the passport office at where you applied

Also, if the passport is returned to them for insufficient address, they will call you. I presume you have metioned your phone # on the application.
