Is Life in Canada is better than India or not ? On Following points :
1. Education of Kids
2. Overall Development of Kids
3. Health Services.
4. Jobs/ Work .
5. Social Life.
6. Safety & Security.
Can some one throw light on these points and make a comparision.

India and Canada are two vast countries with great diversity and disparity at different levels. e.g. India is a global word which when looked at tech cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida etc, one will find latest technologies there, and being worked on. However, at the same time, there are lot of villages without proper sanitation and electricity etc. Which part of India do you want to talk about? On the same note, Canada is not uniform through out, which part of Canada you want to focus your talk on? Do you want to compare the best of India with best of Canada, or what?
Pick up two cities with best of the points you mentioned, that will be fair start of discussion, I guess.

I think we all made these comparisons and evaluated everything before we moved to Canada. We Immigrating to Canada portrays what decision we made and none of us are moving back (as far as I know) so comparing India with Canada and putting all Patriotism etc in it and saying anything good or Bad about India or Canada has no meaning for me now .
I am in Canada and have to live here for all my life with what it has to offer. India is PAST for me and living in the PAST will never improve your PRESENT or FUTURE .
I want to MOVE ON in life now

For schooling, Depends on the type of kid
if studious and good in acedamics - NO
if outgoing and not so good in academics - Great
For University - Great

Very subjective

Definitely not if you are a city-dweller

For an Indian - No, unless in a specialised field (animation, IT etc.)
For a Canadian - Good
