Hi My family has farming background. We have small land about 10 acers and my unlce and my brother deal with all the farming. The land is own by my Dad. So my uncle and brother are kind of "family employees"

What kind of proof they would need to show for canadian immigration? The land is not on their name, but they have been working and looking at the farm for 10+ year.

need to show farm management experience. it can be in form of contract, power of attorney or any other documents that show they are the ones managing it.

this is a tricky area and hard to predict whether immigration will accept their claim. all will be decided at interview
