I had applied for immigration before 3 years.
I gave IELTS and got 7 bands, my interview was waved off and CIC had sent me medical papers, but my passport was with Swedish ambassy at that time, and hence could not submit anything. Later after few months I got anotehr computer gengerated letter saying please subut the documents which I had already submitted earlier. The letter also said that if u have already submitted, there is no need to send anything.

I dont know if my application is still alive or has expired, since my medical had already expired.
Is there any way by which i can request them to resend the medical papers?

Some how you should have informed CHC that you are not able to complete medeical due to circumstances mentioned.

Now you can surely try and request CHC to send you a new medical papers. Or use one you have and get your medical done.

You do not need passport for doing your medicals and your medical results are valid for one year.
