I am yet to receive interview call or any waiver, but I have recived my medical papers from ND CHC with a request to complete the same within 90 days (but no date and no signature).
Is it advisable to send the passport as requested (in the same letter) ? or should I wait ?
How can I expedite my PR visa issuance without cancelling my upcoming business travel plans abroad?
How long will they wait for the passport after the medical results reach them ?
What can be the best and worst time frame for the return of passport from New Delhi ?
would be thankful if the immigration experts could advise me
regards

I think once medical papers have been received then it is to be assumed that you have been waived the interview....but ofcourse you will get correct information from Mr. Masood or NDsingh

My suggestion to you is to get medicals done as soon as possible.I saw your previous posts. You were as dipressed as me.I am May2000 applicant. Can you tell the exact date of recieving med.It is important for me to judge the future meds.Anybody else of April 2000 getting anything?
Date of Sponsor: April, 2002
Can someone please tell me what is the current processing time after getting the medical done? This is for sponsoring the Parents for immigration at visa office, New Delhi. The interview is already waived off.
The medical is already done on first week of January, 2004. My father received another letter (My mother is principle applicant) stating that to get the "Sputum Smears and Cultures Mycobacterium Tuberculosis" test and repeat the chest Xray in April, 2004.
Is it something serious if they ask for another medical examination? What would be the next possible steps after second examination.
Is it the right time to submit the passports as advised by visa officer or should they wait for the results of medical examinations?
Thanks in advance.
Rgds. Raj
