It's pretty much around $45-$60 for wide range of technologies for 8-12 years experience . Generally Architects & project manager & leads command a higher price with multiple skills.
Testing testing & ERP are in different category.
Normally the rates depends on the client & availability of manpower in that region. Generally in Toronto it's less due to competetion. You might get better rates in other locations. All the above statements are my personal opinion.

Raj, what is the contracting rate in UK? For a place not in London or nearby. For an Insurance Domain specialist in an IT company with 15 years experience?
