Didn't hear anything after that and my friend who applied on the same date got his Medicals in Mar 2005.
Question: How do I check myPR status (exclude e-Client)

I searched the forum and found we can fax .

1. Is there is a form I can download & fill and fax it OR i can Prepare my own document
2. How will they respond back to me email or mail? (i don't have fax)
3. I got the fax # for Buffalo as (716) 852-4340. Is there a special number to check PR status

You can fax them in your own format. May take them longer if you don't have a fax number. Don't panic or overreact simply becoause of what happened to your friend. Yours may be on its way too. Yours is a different case, may be different visa officer, different pace, different background check requirements etc
