What's a good place to stay around Winnipeg which is at a reasonable driving distance from Winnipeg Downtown(probably within 20 kms) .

The Tuxedo / Charleswood area near Assiniboine Park is very good. Lot of desis in Fort Garry area.

Winnipeg is not that big a city. Almost any point in Winnipeg will be within 20 kms from downtown. U may therefore like to decide on your dwelling area based on other factors of importance to you.
