7320 and 7325 on morning star are may be over charged for not very good apartments but surely there are ground level basements 1 &2 bed room advertised at golden and at the mall they definetly priced well. .

I will not suggest Apartments in the area as they are old not very well kept. Getting basement should not be a problem in this area. Please send me the PM if you need any further help.

'at golden' could mean "rental ads posted at Golden Grocery Store in Malton."
